Patience & Precious Moments
A quiet reminder on slowing down, embracing transition, and finding beauty in the fleeting moments that mean the most.
Beautiful are His Works
Yesterday was bittersweet. It was my son’s last day of high school. I’ve heard it a thousand times before, the days are long, but the years are short. I can now say it’s true -- it’s as if I blinked and 17 years flew by. In my mind’s eye, I can still see him the first day I met him.
The Quiet Confidence: Walking in Boldness
There’s a beautiful confidence in showing up even if it looks different. Society sells us the idea of ‘keeping relevant,” and a lot of this looks like conforming to the latest trend, which simply isn’t feasible with the rate at which trends change.
How will you show up when seasons change? When they are for you, seemingly against you or in seasons that echo stagnating stillness?
The Gift of Walking
Spring is finally here — it’s a season of beauty, but also a time to pluck up, uproot, nurture and water.
Fear is not my future
We carry our fears like a blanket, it feels like protection. It may be comforting but if we wrap ourselves in it, it stifles and destroys.
I am no longer afraid and you should be either. We are never alone…
Gratitude and a New Chapter
After experiencing one of the most dehumanizing seasons of my life, I’m back rebuilt with faith and more intentional than ever before…
Making time for my soul
I’m incredibly fortunate to live the life I’ve been given. It’s far from perfect, but it’s full and beautiful. There’s much to do daily — so much pulling on my attention — vying for my priorities.
